libcapi20-dev software package provides ISDN utilities - CAPI development libraries, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcapi20-dev
libcapi20-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcapi20-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcapi20-dev *
You will get with libcapi20-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
